but when there is good news, there is always bad news. the law firm handling the IRAS case decided to issue the huge lump sum to IRAS first. then my parents will file an appeal to IRAS to recover the lump sum ~_~. In other words, like what my dad says, it's an uphill task to recover the monies.

And. . . . . . . . . . . . . I will be very busy the next few days. LOL. because renewal of tenancy agreements period has crashed my party! woah, this means. . . commission ;D which means money. which sounds like ka ching ka ching.
